Call to Order
Irv Deines called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm
Pledge
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the Unites Sates was recited by all present.
Minutes
The Minutes of the February 16, 2007 meeting were read and accepted as read
Treasures Report
The Treasurers Report was read by Patricia Weber
Motion to accept by: Lee Boren
2nd to that motion by: Joe Dzielak
The treasurers report will stand as read.
Correspondence
All correspondence was passed around to the members.
Committee Reports
Schutzen: Pat Weber reported that there were 8 shooters at the March 11, match. $24.00 was turned in to the treasury.
No report from the 4-H.
Un-Finished Business
Work day was discussed
Two members are bringing front end loaders to help with the Berm project. Other equipment will be brought to help also.
New Business
Tom Matthews is going to propose a new updated and improved policy on range fees. He passed around a sheet outlining his ideas. This policy will be brought up at the next meeting and will be voted on then. (see attached)
Gravel Pit Activity: Permits have been approved by the BLM. B½ Road has been improved per county specs. There will be activity at the site, watch especially for these workers.
Jeff Howard noted that the lock on the outer gate had been left open.
John Evans stood to thank the people who have helped get the 27¼ Road public range up to par. He passed some photos around to show the progress that has been made there.
