Call to Order
The meeting was called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Pledge
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the Unites Sates was recited by all present.
Minutes
The Minutes of the March April and May meetings were read and accepted as read
Treasures Report
The Treasurers Report was read by Pat Weber
Motion to accept by: Howard Tietjen
2nd to that motion by: Dave Dunsmoor
The treasurers report will stand as read .
Correspondence
None of any importance to the business of OMGC
Committee Reports
Light Rifle: May 26th Match—7 shooters, $21.00 turned over to the treasurer.
Hunter Bench Rest:-- 7 shooters, $21.00 turned over to the club treasurer.
High Power:-- 6 shooters, $18.00 turned over to the treasurer.
4-H: ·John would like to have a Father—Son fun shoot.
Tom Matthews made a motion: No fees should be charged to the father or the son in this type of match.
Motion seconded by Jeff Howard
Motion carried without dissent.
·John would also like to a 4-H fund raiser on September 8th.
Tom Matthews made a repeat of the previous motion: That no fees should be collected by OMGC for this event. All proceeds would be to benefit the 4-H program.

Motion Passed
Schuetzen match scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday needs helpers. See Pat or Russ Weber if you can participate.
Un-Finished Business
The berms have been built. The permit cost the club $19.00. We still need to place the 28 bales of straw as a sound buffer.
· Please do not shoot any type of incendiary rounds at OMGC range.
· Targets must be placed in front of the berms so that the projectile will be stopped by the berm.
· We still need to adopt some policies on this situation.
New Business
Jeff Howard and Jerry Bush want to build a set of steps at the 200 yard target line, to make access easier.

There being no objections the June membership meeting of the Orchard Mesa Gun Club was adjourned at 8:15 PM
