Call to Order
Alan Chicon called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm
Pledge
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the Unites Sates was recited by all present.
Minutes
The Minutes of the July meeting were read and accepted as read
Treasures Report
The Treasurers Report was read by Pat Weber
Motion to accept by: Chuck Haigler
2nd to that motion by: Joe Dzielak (Joe Z)
The treasurers report will stand as read.

Committee Reports
Schuetzen: August 19th 7 shooters $21.00 turned into the club.
Hi-Power:
July 28th: 5 shooters $15.00 turned into the club
August 12th 6 shooters $18.00 turned into the club.
Hunter Bench Rest August 11th 7 shooters $21.00 turned into the club.

Un-Finished Business
Tom Matthews reports:
Taxes:
Valuations on the three different parcels were reduced by $114,500.00
Straw Bales for sound barrier: $2000.00 delivered.
Targets must be placed in front (not on top) of the backstop berms.
New Business
Up coming activities
1. Work day Sept 15, Al Chicon passed around a sign up and projects sheet
2. Public Sight in Days: Sept 15th , 22nd and 30th Afternoons
3. Dynamite shoot 16 September. Sign up at 0900 shooting starts at 1000.
Russ Weber Reports: Jim Hill donated 30,000 rounds for the junior club or the 4-h shooters.
Pat Weber: September 27th schuetzen will be a 40 round rim fire match.
