ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
December 16, 2014
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were ten members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the November, 2014 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The November, 2014 Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to accept the report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: A letter from Dufford Waldeck Milburn & Krohn LLP, the Club’s Law Firm, advising us of their new fee schedule was received. It is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The Audit Committee was formed with the following members; Jim Ingalls, Eric Kjeldgaard, and John Kobulars.
OLD BUSINESS: The use of PayPal for paying membership and renewal fees would be easy to incorporate into our Web Site and renewal form. The transaction fee would be about 2.9% maximum per transaction. There were no nominations from the members for Club Officers, and the slate put forth by the Nominating Committee consisting of the current officers, Eric Kjeldgaard, President, Jon Kobulars, Vice President, Art Bennett, Treasurer, and Jeff Howard, Secretary, were elected by acclimation. The 2015 Club Calendar is in progress and will be posted on the Web Site and distributed when finished.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members, it was moved, seconded and passed to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 PM by the President.
