ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
February 17, 2015
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were ten members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the January, 2015 Members Meeting were read in the absence of the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to approve the Report. The Treasurer noted that the funds formerly noted in the Training Division will be moved to the General Reserve Fund. A copy of the Report is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
CORRESPONDENCE: None.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The Audit Committee report was presented, by the Audit Committee. It was moved, seconded and passed to accept the Report.
OLD BUSINESS: The target rifles returned to the Club will be available for inspection, purchase or entering a bid on at the March 14, 2015 Work Day. A Burning Permit will be obtained for the Work Day. The PayPal option will be incorporated into the forms for Joining and renewing membership in the Club.
NEW BUSINESS: The News Letter containing the next change in the lock combination to take effect April 2, 2015 will be distributed to the active and inactive club members. Those members who are not active will not be given the new combination until they reactivate their membership. A motion to authorize the purchase of stamps for mailing the News Letter and other Club business, of up to $400.00 was made, seconded and passed. We need to write thank you letters to members donating to the Club.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members it was moved, seconded and passed to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM by the President.
