ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUG MEMBERS MEETING
May 19, 2015
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the Vice President, Jon Kobylarz. There were 9 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the April Members Meeting were read by the Secretary, and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurer gave an amended March, 2015 Report and his April, 2015 Report. It was moved, seconded and passed to approve these reports. A copy of these reports are attached to and made a part of the March and April Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: The Club received notification of the three Easy Contest Winners names from the Pro Second Amendment Committee. The Club had agreed to pay for NRA memberships for these winners. The names are attached to and made a part of these minutes. The cost to the Club was $45.00.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The May Hunter Benchrest Match had 3 shooters and $9.00 was turned in. The May High Power match had 10 shooters and $30.00 was turned in. The May Schutzen Match was canceled due to the weather.
OLD BUSINESS: The issue of replacing the target shed and a possible indoor air rifle range is still being considered. Eric Kjeldgaard is going to do some drawings about the possible air rifle range. The use of PayPal for paying the Club is still in progress.
NEW BUSINESS: At the May work day it is planned to place the new steel gongs down range for use by the members. The June Hunter Benchrest match is canceled.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members it was moved, seconded and passed to adjourn. The Meeting was adjourned at 8:04 PM by the Vice President.
