MINUTES:  The Minutes of the April, 2016 Members Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.

TREASURERS REPORT:  The Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer.  It was moved, seconded, and passed to approve the Report.  A copy of the Report is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.

CORESPONDENCE:  None.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:  There were 3 shooters at the April Hunter Benchrest Match and $9.00 was turned in.  There were 7 shooters at the May High Power Match and $21.00 was turned in.

OLD BUSINESS:  There were approximately 75 kids at the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Outdoor Heritage Day at the Palisade River Bend Park who came thru the Club's BB gun shooting range.  We received lots of appreciation from the parents and kids.  The 4H shooting equipment was much appreciated.  A few applications to join the Club were taken.  Art Bennett deserves special recognition for his efforts  with this project.

NEW BUSINESS:  Allan Chicon on behalf of the Schutzen Committee, requested the Club allow the consumption of beer and wine following the conclusion of the Schutzen Regional Match on Saturday May, 29th, after all firearms have been put away.  This has been done at past Regional Matches and the cans and bottles will be removed from the range.  It was moved, seconded and passed to allow this.  At the May Work Day we need to mow the north range, burn weeds, clean the toilets, place required signs on BLM property, repair the target shed roof, and paint the north range firing line if possible.  The Work Day will be posted on the Club's web site.

ADJOURNMENT:  There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM by the President.

Respectfully submitted,

Jeff Howard, Secretary
