ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
March 17, 2020
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were 14 members present. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the February 2020 Members Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to approve the Report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: None.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: There were 7 shooters at the February 100 yard Rim Fire Bench Rest Match and $21.00 was turned in. There were 7 shooters at the March High Power Match and $21.00 was turned in. There were 6 shooters at the March 100 yard Rim Fire Bench Rest Match and $18.00 was turned in.
OLD BUSINESS: The 4H shoot was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The Archery Range Project for this coming weekend may also be canceled. The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Outdoor Heritage Day in Palisade is still on. It was moved, seconded and passed to donate $100.00 to the Town of Palisade if this event is held. The Club has a burn permit for the Workday. The 2020 Newsletter is in the mail. The new flag is on the pole.
NEW BUSINESS: Projects for the March Workday include placing the new Range Sign, general range clean up, possible weed burning, target repair, and gravel moving. The Workday starts at 9:00 AM. The IRS Form 990-N has been submitted electronically and the Confirmation is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Members the Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM by the President.
