ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
December 20, 2022
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Jonathan Kobylarz. There were 5 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the November 2022 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: T e Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded, and passed to approve the Report. A copy of the Report is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: The Club received a Christmas Card from American National Bank, Del Martin, a gunsmith in Clifton is retiring. He has reloading components he would like to sell. This will be posted on the Club’s website.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The Nominating Committee reports there are no new candidates for club officer. The current officers are willing to serve in 2023.
OLD BUSINESS: OSB in down to $13.00 per 4’X8’ sheet. It will cost about $350.00 to replace the current material so the exterior of the Club House can be replaced. The material can be stored in the Target Shed until it is used. There was considerable discussion on automating as much of the renewal process as possible and improving and increasing communication with Club members online. It was pointed out that some members have no email or have not given the Club their email address and some addresses are wrong or not current.
NEW BUSINESS: The Audit Committee was selected for 2022. Jonathan Kobylarz, Eric Kjeldgaard, and Gene Draher are the Committee. They will meet with the Treasurer. The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors will be January 10, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the Club House. The Meeting is open to all members. There being no nominations for Club officer from the floor the current officers, Jonathan Kobylarz President, Eric Kjeldgaard Vice President, Art Bennett Treasurer, and Jeff Howard Secretary were elected by acclamation.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 8:18 PM by the President.
