ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
October 19, 2021
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were 8 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the September 2021 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by Tom Mathews. It was moved, seconded, and passed to approve the Report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: None.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: There were 10 shooters at the October RF-BR 100 Match and $30.00 was turned in to the Club.
OLD BUSINESS: There were 3 people at the Public Sight In Day. A member and his wife have worked on the weeds on the Range. It is still possible to burn weeds with our Mesa County Burn Permit. The caps for the 200-yard firing line target holders have been finished and will be placed soon.
NEW BUSINESS: The Nominating Committee of Tom Mathews, Allan Chicon and Klaus Schattleitner was selected. Anyone interested in serving as a Club Officer should contact a member of this Committee. The Club’s Web Site will be changed to a new engine with added features and members will be able to add content. There will be little changed in the Site’s appearance. Klaus Schattleitner requested May 27, 28 and 29,2022 on the Club Calendar for the Schutzen Regional Match and the Second Saturday of the month for monthly matches.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned by the resident at 8:20 PM.
