ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
November 16, 2021
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were 8 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the October 2021 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by Tom Mathews, it was moved, seconded and p assed to approve the Report. A copy of this Report is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: The annual Report filing with the Colorado Secretary of State was submitted. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The Nomination Committee is preparing its report. There were 9 shooters at the November Rim Fire Bench Rest 100 match and $27.00 was turned in to the Club. Schutzen had 4 shooters in September and $12.00 was turned in and 3 shooters in October with $9.00 turned in.
OLD BUSINESS: It is hoped there will be an opportunity to burn weeds yet this year. There is still no sign of germination of the Buffalo Grass planted earlier this year.
NEW BUSINESS: The Audit Committee will consist of Eric Kjeldgaard, Jon Kobalars, and Cecilia Fouriner, and will meet with the Treasurer. A member and his wife were upset about the noise coming from a Club member firing a rifle on the 100-yard South Range. He was informed that rifles are allowed on that Range. All three South Ranges are designed for concurrent use by members safely.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 7:57 PM by the President.
